Regardless of the item you are shipping, ShipIt is your direct connection to a Transporter that will best meet your needs.

LISTING YOUR ITEM

Once you have listed your item, Transporters will have immediate ability to place a bid. You can provide one picture as well as providing all the necessary information such as dimensions and other pertinent details in the fields provided. You may also use the Special Instructions area for additional information you feel would assist a Transporter in the bidding process. Also, please keep in mind that the more flexibility you have with your transport time, the less costly it will be.

KNOW YOUR TRANSPORTER

You can review any Transporters profile and credentials as well as reviewing ratings. Once you have listed your item any Transporter can ask you questions and/or place a bid on your item and you are able to reply to them directly through our marketing platform.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Once you have awarded a Transporter with a bid, you will submit your payment. (DO NOT MARK YOUR ITEM AS DELIVERED PRIOR TO DELIVERY. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MARK YOUR ITEM AS DELIVERED OR THE FUNDS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO YOUR TRANSPORTER). Your payment will be the total of the awarded bid plus 4.75% for a non-refundable processing fee. (Bid of $100.00 would be $104.75 with $4.75 non-refundable) The Transporters awarded bid, once paid, will be held until the delivery has been completed and released based on your indication that the item has been Delivered. Your awarded payment will be processed through Stripe, which is a secure server. DO NOT MARK YOUR ITEM AS DELIVERED UNTIL YOU ARE IN POSSESION OF YOUR ITEM. COMMUNICATION

You will have direct contact information emailed to you for your Transporter once you have paid their bid. The Transporter will likewise have your contact information sent to them.
